Mateus Augusto Dange is a public administration expert. We worked at the Military Court of Angola, after which he joined the Government of the Huíla Province, later the Government of the Luanda Province. Years later he transferred to the Ministry of Transport, then to the Ministry of Territorial Administration, both in the position of Chief of Staff of the Ministry. He later moved to the private sector, where he developed several business projects as an entrepreneur.
